Q. What is jadefrolics? who are you?
Jadefrolics is the name of our company, which sells cute and strange handmade stuff as well as artwork and prints! It's a pop 'n' daughter business, run by myself (Jade Nellans) and my dad (Ty Cross). He manages the business side of things, while I manage the catbutts.
As a wee lass, I had an account on Neopets.com. I chose "jadefrolics" as the username, to portray the jubilance and craziness I felt in my preteen heart. Years later, I realized that "frolic" also embodied the light-hearted and insane feeling I wished to convey in my illustrations.

And thus jadefrolics was born! As for me, I'm just this girl, y'know?
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Shop jadefrolics accepts credit cards and Paypal. Your payment is protected by Secure SSL and never touches our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover directly-- you may also pay with AMEX by choosing Paypal. Note for Paypal: No Paypal account is required to place an order. To pay without an account, simply choose "Don't have a Paypal Account?" on the Paypal checkout screen.
Q. Are my credit card purchases secure?
Absolutely! All credit card information is submitted through Quantum Gateway (for credit card payments) or Paypal, both well-respected payment processing gateways with security the number one priority. No credit card data passes through shop jadefrolics, and the log-in and checkout area of shop jadefrolics is also secured with SSL, so you can rest easy knowing your purchases are safe.
Q. What is your return policy?
If you wish to return or exchange your item, we're happy to help! Full refunds or exchanges are offered for undamaged items in their original packaging. Just get in touch within 14 days and we will work out your return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note: As shop jadefrolics items are handmade by the artist, some items cannot be returned. This includes original artwork and giclee prints.
Q. Do you wholesale?
Yes! The wholesale section of shop jadefrolics is under construction, so please e-mail us with your interest and we will get right back to you with more information. Wholesale prices are only available to brick & mortor stores and established online shops with a Tax ID number and all documentation. Thanks for your interest! (Sorry, we're not currently doing consignment)
Q. Are the colors in the product images accurate?
Due to the fact that every monitor is different in the way that it displays colors, I can't guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will exactly match the true colors of the product. This is true for any web site you might visit. However, my monitor is calibrated for color accuracy when scanning and editing product photos, to make them as accurate as possible when viewed on a calibrated monitor.

Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your order's total weight. To estimate shipping, just add the items to your cart. When you view your cart, there will be an option to enter your location and view the shipping options. We ship via First Class and Priority mail, depending on the weight of your items.
Sales tax of 6% + your county surcharge is added to Florida orders. (For example, Miami has a total tax of 6%+1%=7%)
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shop jadefrolics ships throughout the United States and to a variety of international countries. If you don't see your country in the list, please send us an email letting us know you're interested in ordering from us, as we are adding new countries all the time. Please note that, due to security issues, some countries require Priority International mail.
Prices for items in shop jadefrolics do not include taxes or fees imposed by your country.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Everything you order from shop jadefrolics is completely handmade by the artist (that's me!) As such, time to ship out your order can vary depending on whether we have the item on hand, or it needs to be produced especially for you! Though orders are generally shipped within a few days, please allow a week for your product to be created and shipped. Transit time after shipment varies depending on the shipping method you choose and your location.

Shop jadefrolics products are all delightedly created and shipped out of Miami, Florida!
